I’m curious if there’s a formula based upon online marketing efforts like dedicated emails, online sponsorship, social media (i.e. 50,000 emails sent with 3% CTR = x monthly visitors) that would help estimate web traffic for first month launched?

Yes, about zero
Also, if you haven’t gotten those email addresses organically (i.e. the person signing up for your email list) it’s called spam. Spam is illegal. Servers will reject emails from your url if you are a spammer (forever, your emails will be rejected).
