Question by luckish: binaural beats 7 hz theta?

which to tones will produce a 7hz theta beat because.at first i read this thing saying its 300 and 307 and then i read this thing saying its 200 and 207.will someone please tell which two tones will make a third tone of 7 hz theta.

Both combinations provide the desired 7cps (hz) difference, and it’s the difference that allows tuning into the 4hz-7hz theta beat. Human hearing varies from person to person, but the low end is usually around 20cps (hz) so a straight 4hz-7hz tone is below the human hearing range. Producing two tones at a higher frequency with a 4hz-7hz difference can be heard as a 4hz-7hz tonal difference which is the next best thing to being able to hear 4hz-7hz.
